Councils and Committees
The University System of Georgia sponsors a variety of councils and committees that support collaboration and coordination in international education. The USG encourages institutions to work together to accomplish goals and develop programs that may be difficult for an individual college or university to achieve or sustain independently.
Committees focus on the primary functions of international education and bring policy recommendations to the SCIE for formal action. The committees play a key role in strengthening international programs across the USG, and all interested faculty and staff are eligible and encouraged to participate in their meetings and activities.
