Each of the data collections user guides describes access procedures. These documents describe who can access what data and the procedures for requesting access.

USO Executive Dashboards
USO Staff members may request access to USG Dashboards as a part of their job duties by completing this online Access Request Form.
Once submitted, a ticket will be created with the USG Service Desk for tracking purposes. The request will be routed to the designated Dashboard Point of Contact for approval. Updates regarding the request will be sent to the User (or the Requestor on the User's behalf).
For inquiries regarding access to other Dashboards, please send a request for access to the USG Service Desk directly for assistance.
Regular Access Reviews
EDMA coordinates the review of access permissions with institutional points of contact at least bi-annually to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to data. Near real time reviews of access will be conducted as roles change to help in identifying potential areas for change and revoking unnecessary access sooner.
