Data Governance Structures​

Each of the data Governance committees consists of a blend of individuals from both the University System office and representatives from each sector of schools within the University System of Georgia. These committees meet monthly to review new requests for data collections and reporting and changes in these as well. ​

​The new Dashboard Governance committee is comprised of individuals from the Office of Strategic Implementation, Research & Policy Analysis and Information Technology Services to continue the Chancellor’s charge to create dashboards that provide critical insight into how well the system office and/or institutions are carrying out their functions. These requests for new dashboards are collected by EDMA for review by the committee to inform a plan for prioritization and development of dashboards. ​
