The ELI targets the most talented individuals currently in faculty and staff leadership positions such as Chair, Dean, Executive Director (or equivalent) and above. It is designed exclusively for high potential individuals who desire to progress into senior leadership roles. Development activities closely align with this Competency Model, which includes skills identified as critical to the success of leaders transitioning into more complex managerial roles.
