Project Overview

The objective of this project implement a centralized, searchable online USG Policy Library that includes the Academic & Student Affairs Handbook, Board of Regents Policy Manual, Building Project Procedures Manual, Business Process Manual, Human Resources Administration Practice Manual, and IT Handbook. In addition, this project will implement a series of standardized processes to help manage policies and procedures more efficiently and effectively.

  • Allowing users to view recent revisions to USG policies and procedures without additional assistance. 
  • Ensuring timely and efficient creation, approval, and upkeep of USG policies and procedures.
