  Assess, procure, and implement a single, SaaS-based Enterprise Resource Planning solution for the University System of Georgia.

  A stable, scalable ESM platform for the USG’s upcoming Unified ERP needs.

• USG Job Classification and Compensation Strategy

  Transitioning from a decentralized to a centralized job classification and compensation model across the University System of Georgia (USG).

  Implement a centralized, web-based policy management solution to manage USG policies.
