Project Overview

This initiative will establish a unified job classification framework and a systemwide compensation structure for all 26 USG institutions and the System Office. By centralizing key compensation functions, implementing shared tools, and using trusted market benchmarks, USG will give campuses the resources to make consistent, competitive pay decisions.
