Project Overview

The objective of the Executive Dashboard project is to develop executive dashboards that effectively visualize data from the University System of Georgia and 26 USG Institutions. The dashboards will provide USG Executive Leadership with an enhanced capacity to view administrative, academic, and student related data and deliver dashboards visualizing historical accountability data like enrollment and graduation rates, operational performance scorecard data like transparency into operational processes or data collection processes, and Strategic Plan metric data such as degrees awarded information which supports student success.

• Enhances executive level decision-making and awareness by providing self-service access to updated key performance and historical data and information.
• Increases insight into potential current challenges and provides the opportunity for corrective action.
