Project Overview
This project will implement Salesforce as a centralized customer relationship management (CRM) service to support eCampus and USG Collaborative operations.
Salesforce is a hosted, cloud-based CRM that includes a suite of enterprise applications to enhance customer service, marketing automation, and analytic capabilities.
Project Benefits
- Replace current ecosystem of aging/custom applications with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud to streamline and enhance marketing/recruitment, retention, and support for prospective/current eCampus students.
- Develop a Comprehensive Learner Record inside Salesforce to replace existing, manual, ad hoc efforts of tracking student success.
