Articulation Data Project (Phase I)

Project Status

In Progress

Project Overview

The objective of the first phase of the Articulation Data Project is to collaborate with all USG institutions to ensure the successful setup of specific technology (Ethos Integration Hub and Business Process APIs).  This is the first step in extracting and synthesizing catalog and student-level transfer articulation data from all institutions. This system-wide initiative is designed to standardize data structures and business processes, enabling seamless data exchange and improving consistency across institutions.

Project Benefits

  • Enhances operational efficiency through standardized data and automated workflows.
  • Supports Senate Bill 399 and House Bill 192 and the first step in a phased approach to begin the standard and accurate data collection of catalog and student-level transfer articulation data from all institutions used to deliver comprehensive reports to the Governor's Office.
  • Allows for process improvement for USG institutions, ensuring students are able to use all applicable transfer credit toward their programs of study. This will assist students on time to degree.
