USGSC May 1, 2013 Meeting at Kennesaw State University

Dear Colleagues,

Good afternoon. Please see attached the link for you to copy and paste in your browser in order to register to attend our quarterly meeting on May 1, 2013 to be held at Kennesaw State University.

The registration form will give you details on lodging, lunch options, parking, etc. Please register by Friday, APRIL 19, 2013. It is imperative that the voting delegate or alternate of each USGSC institution be present at this meeting. We will be holding our nominations for 2013-2014 USGSC Officers. A ballot and instructions are forthcoming under a separate email.

Georgia Perimeter Staff Council 2012

1st Quarterly Meeting at Albany State University- Feb 15, 2013

USGSC Quarterly meeting to be held on Friday, February 15, 2013 at Albany State University. ALL staff are welcome to attend the USGSC meetings. Our next meeting of the USGSC will be held at Kennesaw State University in May.

The cost to attend is usually free. Albany State University is hosting the February 2013 meeting. There will be a continental breakfast provided and each staff member is invited to have lunch in the University Dining Hall at a cost of $7.00 per person. Please complete and FAX this registration form to Kim Douglas at 229-434-7713 (FAX) or email your registration form to kim.douglas@asurams.edu. Please remember to bring a token from your institution to give away as a door prize.

Parking has been reserved in the HPER Parking, N. University Drive, adjacent the Albany State Football Stadium.

USGSC July Meeting

USG Staff Council Members and Guests

The July meeting of the USG Staff Council will be held at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Georgia.

July 21, 2011 from 10 AM -2 PM

ABAC Lakeside Multi Purpose room for class and ABAC Lakeside Lobby for lunch. I will send out the Agenda on July 18th. Our Staff Forum is very excited that our campus is hosting this meeting. We will also be available via Wimba. I will e-mail Building and parking permits as well as Wimba info and other information the week prior to the meeting to the list serve. We will begin our meeting with a Greeting from our President Dr. David Bridges or a member of his Cabinet, at 10:00 AM. We will have a 15 minute program on Depression and Suicide prevention provided by Dr. Maggie Martin Director of Student Development at ABAC. We should begin our business session at 10:30, we will have snacks available and we hope to adjourn at 1 if not we will break for lunch at 1. Lunch will be available at the Donaldson Dining Hall, we will advise you of the menu and cost.

We will also be inviting non member and no Staff Organization Institutions to attend.
