Plan: Once we select the Top 5, we will ask representatives to do some research and provide content and background. Then we will submit those items to our USG representative, Dr. Juanita Hicks.

  • Professional development/Career pathing
  • TAP benefits for USG employee’s dependents who have been employed full time for five years
  • Wellness incentive increase from $100 to $200, considering increasing health care cost
  • Bereavement Leave as an option in addition to current approved leave types
    • This should include no less than 40 annual hours of non-rollover hours.
  • Partnership with USG and TCSG to allow TAP to cover institution tuition in any of these systems for their employees
  • Pending more research
    • Request that tuition of Executive Total Cost Programs be waived for TAP eligible employees, but all other fees come out of pocket
      • Currently employees pay everything
      • The research that is needed is if Executive Total Cost Programs are fully funded by tuition or do the fees subsidize what the university provides
