If an emergency (production down) ITS product or service related business interruption occur Monday, May 30, 2016:

  • Follow instructions to leave an emergency message to automatically notify on-call support staff

NOTE: If you call the ITS Helpdesk and you encounter a problem

  • reaching the ITS Helpdesk Call Center main menu, or
  • with Call Center menu options or features

call 404-831-3669. If no answer, leave a voice message, country code, area code and a number where you can be reached.

Non-Production down Question, Request, or Problem

All other non-urgent issues contact ITS Helpdesk via
