USO Telephone System
ITS provides USO staff with a wide range of telephone services, based on the Avaya phone system.
This system provides intra-campus calling, external local calling and long distance access. Full line features (conferencing, call forward, etc.) and voicemail are included.
Features and Benefits:
- Supply and support of desktop handsets.
- Caller ID, voicemail, call forwarding, conference call capability.
- Automated attendants and automated call distribution.
- USO staff in the following locations: ITS (Athens), USO (Atlanta), Georgia Archives, Georgia Public Library System headquarters and the Atlanta Metro Library for Accessibility Service.
This service is provided free of charge.
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages.
