Internal USO Services

These internal services help University System Office (USO) staff communicate and collaborate with colleagues, customers, and other external contacts.

  • USO Email and Calendar

    USO’s internal email and calendaring solution, powered by Microsoft Office 365.

  • USO SharePoint / OneDrive

    Integrated with Office 365, often used to securely store, track and manage electronic documents and assets. / Collaborate with people for work or fun.

  • USO Skype for Business

    USO’s internal messaging and meeting solution.

  • USO SSO

    USO Single Sign-On service (a.k.a. SAML IDP). Used by OneUSG Connect, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, etc.

  • USO Telephone System

    ITS offers USO staff a wide range of telephone services based on the Avaya phone system. This system provides intra-campus calling, external local calling and long-distance access. Full line features (conferencing, call forward, etc.) and voicemail are included.
