To report an email using the PAB (Phish Alert Button) from the Outlook App on an Android device, first tap the three dots at the top right of the screen, as shown below.
The Phish Alert is listed among any other add-in software.
After clicking Phish Alert, click Mobile Phish Alert to confirm your submission:
After submitting your report, click OK to dismiss the message.

To report an email using the PAB from the Outlook App on an Apple device, click the three dots at the top right of the screen, as shown see below.
The Phish Alert is listed among other software add-ins.
After tapping Phish Alert, confirm by tapping the Mobile Phish Alert button:
Then, click OK to dismiss the message.

Desktop Outloook Client (Windows)
To report an email using the PAB from Outlook on Windows PC, click the Phish Alert Report button at the top of your outlook screen, as shown see below.
The Phish Alert is listed among other software add-ins.
The message below will appear briefly and does not require clicking.

The phish alert button will appear below the subject in the right corner at the top of an email.
If the Phish alert button is not displayed, click on the 3 dots.
Additional options are displayed in a drop-down list. Select the Phish Alert Button.
