With our GeorgiaBEST Managed Services solution, we take on the daily technical administration of key enterprise applications so you can focus your IT resources on other strategic priorities. We will update, upgrade, monitor and maintain your systems. You control the implementation and upgrade timing.

In addition to technical administration, our service team also provides:

  • Regular communications to keep you informed of upcoming upgrades, enhanced functionality, known issues, and end of life support as well as functional configuration status checks on required set up and business process evaluation for critical application upgrades.
  • Ellucian contract review and negotiation services for institutions to ensure inclusion of all work components including integration’s, in vendor statements of work.
  • Project oversight to support institutions in maintaining forward momentum and issue resolution with vendors for items that could threaten project completion.
  • Tracking for ALL infrastructure and application upgrades (not just Banner regulatory or USG mandated updates) for a comprehensive list for your ecosystem .
  • Annual reporting of infrastructure and application currency and compliance.
  • Annual reviews of institutional Banner customizations to look for opportunities to implement baseline and/or Georgia Enhancements functionality.
  • On-site visits to discuss campus strategic initiatives, current and future projects, provide service updates, and discuss opportunities to collaborate in implementing new features and services.
