In-State Headcount
Total headcount of Georgia residents in the fall term.

Strategic Plan Student Success Dashboard
Percent of Undergraduate In-Person Credit Hours
Total face-to-face credit hours divided by total credit hours for undergraduate students in the fall term. Face-to-face credit hours are those with an Instructional Delivery code of T or null. Undergraduates are defined as Student Level < 60.

Number of Adult Learners
Total undergraduates aged 25 years or older at the time of matriculation in the fall term. Undergraduates are defined as Student Level < 60.

Retention- 1 Year with USG Transfers
System-wide one-year retention rate for all fall first-time freshmen (full-time and part-time, all degree levels).

System-wide four-year graduation rate for all fall bachelor’s degree-seeking first-time freshmen (full-time and part-time).

Total number of undergraduate degrees and certificates awarded in a fiscal year (includes less than one-year certificates, one-year certificates, Nexus degrees, associate degrees, career associate degrees, and bachelor’s degrees).

Combined Completion Rate
- 3-Year Associate Graduation Rate + Bachelor’s Transfer
Percent of fall associate degree-seeking first-time freshmen who graduated with an associate degree or transferred to a bachelor’s degree program anywhere in the USG within three years.

System-wide six-year graduation rate for all fall bachelor’s degree-seeking first-time freshmen (full-time and part-time).
