In this course you will become familiar with:

  • What ergonomics is and how it relates to your work environment
  • Potential work related musculoskeletal disorder signs and symptoms
  • Setting up your computer workstation using ergonomic guidelines

As you go through the training there will be some quizzes to test your general understanding. In the end however, what is important is that you have an increased awareness of what ergonomics is, how it can effect you and what you can do to help make your work environment as comfortable as possible.
