Well-being Wednesday

Well-being Wednesday is a monthly education workshop with a WebEx format broadcasted to the entire USG.

Well-being Wednesday will raise awareness about health, stress, and disease that will motivate you to make important changes that will reduce risks and enhance the quality of your life.

When does the program occur? the second Wednesday of every month.

What type of topics are covered? Improving heart health, nutrition, stress, physical activity, hydration, sleep, blood pressure, diabetes, and resiliency.

Where does the program occur? Rotate location every month for an in-person presentation.

Can employees attend remotely? Live stream via WebEx for the entire USG.
