Want a quick way to boost your mood? Call a friend while you take a walk. Talking about what’s stressing you out (social distancing, work struggles, feeling lonely, etc.) helps you let go of your worries.

It’s a great way to catch up on one another’s lives and get some physical activity in. Plus, calling a loved one is so much more relaxing than texting. Today, make a list of 5 friends you can call this week when you need a boost.
