A better reward for managing your stress

Stress is a part of life, but if left unchecked it can get in the way of your best life and be harmful to your health. USG Well-being can help with a personalized approach to dealing with the negative effects of stress.

Try online tracking to develop healthy habits to manage stress.

Prefer to work at your own pace? Digital coaching is a self-guided online experience that can help you reduce stress. Choose from topics to help learn small steps that can make a big difference. Topics include 10 Minutes a Day to Stress Less and Get Back to Sleep. If your finances are the cause of your stress, consider working with a financial coach through TIAA, VALIC or Fidelity.

Resources are also available through KEPRO, USG’s Employee Assistance Program.

Don’t forget, employees and spouses covered by a USG healthcare plan can earn up to $100 in well-being credits for participating in these programs.

Get started at ourwellbeing.usg.edu. If you haven’t already, click Activate Your Account To Get Started and create a unique username and password that is different from your USG login information.

It offers expanded programs and services to assist employees and spouses covered on a USG healthcare plan on their path to well-being.
