Meet the Staff – Felicia Johnson
Felicia Johnson joined the Digital Library of Georgia staff in February of 2009 after moving from her hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia, where she worked for the University of Virginia Libraries for 20 years working in Special Collections/Rare Books and doing web design. Felicia Johnson is now the Digital Imaging Coordinator for the Digital Library of Georgia, which is a perfect fit, because she has always been involved in some kind of visual arts, whether it was photography or web design. Felicia is currently working on the redesign of the Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library’s website, which she is very excited about and believes the public will be too. However, this is only one of many projects that she is working on, which is precisely what she like most about her current position is the amount of variety in her work that she encounters every day.
