Georgia Newspaper Digitization Team Receives Customer Service Award
The Georgia Newspaper Digitization Team, Toby Graham, Edward Johnson, Felicia Johnson, Bob Kobres, Jeanne Ledford, Sheila McAlister, Don Summerlin, and Mary Willoughby, were recipients of the Chancellor’s Outstanding Customer Service Improvement Initiative - Gold Level Award. The award emphasizes the ability to adopt continuous-improvement methodology that emphasizes customer satisfaction and quality of service.
