Registration
The GIL Users Group Meeting is scheduled to be held at Fort Valley State University on Thursday, May 15, 2008 from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
Attendee Information
Please complete a registration form for each attendee. Each University System of Georgia institution will be provided with two (2) registration fee waivers. All attendees must register, even those whose registration fee is being waived. BEFORE registering, please check with your library director to determine if your registration fee will be waived.
Registration Cancellations & Verifications
To cancel or verify your registration, please contact Lucy Acosta by email (lucy.acosta@usg.edu), Fax (404) 651-9497, or by phone (404) 657-1704. If a registrant is unable to attend, he/she must notify Ms. Acosta before noon on Thursday, May 8, 2008. A withdrawal received after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund, and the registrant will be responsible for full payment. A substitute for the registrant will be allowed; however, Ms. Acosta should be notified prior to the meeting.
