You are invited to exhibit at the University System of Georgia Teaching and Learning Conference: Best Practices for Promoting Engaged Student Learning to be held on April 10-12, 2019 at the UGA Hotel and Conference Center in Athens Georgia. Attendees are higher education faculty, administrators, and students from the University System of Georgia and the Southeast Region. Over 300 people attended last year’s conference and we expect to have a record attendance this year.
The exhibit area for the conference is conveniently located in the Kellogg Concourse area.

The $350 exhibitor registration fee includes one conference registration and one table/exhibit space (3x6) for Wednesday, April 10th and Thursday, April 11th. Each additional table or equivalent space is $50 per day. The conference registration fee includes all sessions and keynotes, refreshments, lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and the social reception on Wednesday evening.
An exhibitor registration is for one attendee representing one company or one event. If you would like to exhibit for additional organizations or events, please register separately for each company or event you plan to represent.
Each additional person attending needs to register as a regular attendee at the attendee registration rate.
The conference will be held at the UGA Hotel and Conference Center, located on the beautiful, historic campus of the University of Georgia in Athens. A block of rooms is being held for conference attendees with rooms starting at $109 per night while available. Please book your room early. The room rate includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, one parking pass per room, per night (allowing in and out privileges), and access to complimentary shuttle van service available to transport hotel guests locally, based on availability. Additionally, UGA Hotel conferees have special access, for a nominal daily fee, to the Ramsey Student Activities Center which includes an indoor track, three swimming pools, enormous weight room, and racquetball courts.

Exhibitor presentation proposals are invited through the regular conference proposal submissions process. If you wish to be considered for a presentation, the deadline for submission of proposals is December 1, 2018. Exhibitor presentations should match the tracks/topics for the conference and should be based on case studies of best practices or exemplars.
Exhibitors may begin setting up displays on Wednesday morning at 7 am. Displays must be in place and complete by 8:30 am Wednesday. All displays must be removed by Wednesday at 8 pm.
