Registration Fees and Registration Deadline:
- $165 (on or before May 1, 2013)
- $190 (after May 1, 2013)
Note: All registration fees must be received by May 16, 2013
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
80% refund for all cancellations made in writing (e.g., email) before 5:00 PM on May 13, 2013. 0% refund for all cancellations made after 5:00 PM on May 16, 2013. Substitution of participants is allowed. Refunds are processed in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
