Information Technology Service (ITS) is the University System of Georgia’s (USG) central organization for technology-based services. The primary objective of ITS is to ensure that technology empowers the USG to deliver innovative solutions. Working with our customers, ITS strives to be an organization that is agile, innovative, flexible, service minded and creative in problem solving. ITS connects people to people, their work and studies, and information, training and technical resources.
Our constituents include the public colleges and universities that comprise the University System of Georgia, the Georgia Public Library Service, numerous state and federal agencies, businesses, educational partners and Georgians. ITS supports the Chancellor’s University System of Georgia priorities to advance our mission to ensure more Georgians enter the workforce with a college degree, make college more affordable and more accessible for Georgians, and find opportunities to be more efficient and control costs.
