You are invited to exhibit at the University System of Georgia Teaching and Learning Conference: Best Practices for Promoting Engaged Student Learning to be held on April 4-5, 2013 at the UGA Hotel and Conference Center in Athens Georgia. Attendees are higher education faculty, administrators, and students from the University System of Georgia and the Southeast Region. Over 200 people attended last year’s inaugural conference and we expect to have around 300 attendees this year. Dr. Elizabeth Barkley, internationally known scholar, educator, and consultant will present the interactive keynote session, “Terms of Engagement: Understanding and Promoting Student Engagement in Today’s College Classroom.”
The exhibit area for the conference is the Hill Atrium area. Poster presentations will also be set up and displayed in this area. Exhibitors will be listed in the conference program. Special sponsorship opportunities are available for those exhibitors who would like to increase their visibility at the conference.

Exhibitor registration fees are $175 which includes one conference registration, exhibit space and one 3’x6’ table draped and skirted. An additional table or equivalent space can be added for an additional fee of additional $50.
The conference registration includes refreshment breaks, presentation opportunities, the interactive keynote workshop, and several meals.

Exhibitor presentation proposals are invited through the regular conference proposal submissions process. Exhibitor presentations should match the tracks/topics for the conference and should be based on case studies of best practices or exemplars.
Exhibitors may begin setting up displays on Thursday morning at 7 am. Displays must be in place and complete by 8:30 am Thursday, April 4. All displays must be removed by Thursday at 10 pm.
