Facility Use Agreement

In accordance with Board of Regents Policy 9.10.6, Use of Institutional Facilities by Unaffiliated Outside Parties, a License / Facility Use Agreement is required prior to an outside party’s use of an institution’s facility. The use may not be contrary to the institution’s mission. Additionally, the institution must use a USG-approved license agreement, including a properly executed indemnification and liability insurance agreement unless said outside party is constitutionally prohibited from doing so.
