Strategic Goal Three:
Increase the System’s participation in research and economic development to the benefit of a global Georgia. Enhance and encourage the creation of new knowledge and basic research across all disciplines.

  • The USG will produce more graduates of health professions programs to meet statewide needs.

  • Georgia is one of the fastest growing states in the country. Therefore, the USG will be an active partner in developing Georgia’s economy.
