The USG has a complex financial aid process that could be more customer-friendly.
Action
Support campus projects designed to provide access to financial aid resources more efficiently.
Activities for Implementation
On an annual basis, provide Targeted Enhancement funding to support campus projects. Individual projects will establish goals for project.
Provide avenue to share best practices at end of each funding cycle.
