Quarterly USGSC Meeting Set for March 3, 2011

Our meeting is coming up in less than two weeks! If you haven’t sent your school’s RSVP for this meeting, please do so as soon as possible. GCSU’s Staff Council has generously agreed to provide drinks for the meeting, and we will need an accurate count for their planning purposes.

The meeting will take place on March 3, 2011 at Georgia College and State University’s Macon Center, Room 533/534, in Macon, GA. Directions to the Center and parking information can be found here: http://graduate.gcsu.edu/futurestudents/macon/directions.

The schedule for the day will be as follows:

10am-Noon: USGSC Meeting
Noon-1pm: Lunch onsite
1pm-2:30pm: Website and Blog Session

The USGSC will not be providing lunch, however, you are welcome to bring your own brown bag lunch. You may also pre-order a lunch to be provided by Nancy Anthony for $6.00 payable on the day of the meeting. This lunch will include your choice of sandwich (chicken salad, ham and cheese, or pimento cheese), a bag of potato chips, and bottled water. If you plan to attend this meeting, RSVP to nanthony@abac.edu. If you’d like to purchase your lunch, please include your sandwich choice in your email.

Can’t make it on March 3? This meeting will be available online through a Wimba session, facilitated by DIGroup at Georgia College. Information on how to access the Wimba session will be sent to you when you reply that you plan to attend via Wimba. Questions? Feel free to contact Pierrette Maillet at pmaillet@spsu.edu. We look forward to seeing you in Macon!
