INTRODUCING OUR NEW WEBSITE!

IT’S HERE! Introducing the NEW Software Resource & Services (SRS) eCommerce Solution!

There are some new and exciting changes to our online catalogs that are designed to improve your software shopping and purchasing experience. Some of the changes you will notice are:

  • Our web address has changed; find us now at http://www.srs.usg.edu
  • There are no longer two separate websites; SRS, the Institutional use store and eMSD, the Personal use store are now in one location.
  • All USG Colleges and Universities faculty, staff, and students now have access to the Personal Use software store

Please see IMPORTANT LOGIN INFORMATION BELOW for both stores:

~Personal Store~

If you have previously purchased from eMSD, you will need to create a new account.
When you create your new account, you MAY receive a message that your account has been disabled.
This is a safeguard built into new system. Please disregard and bypass this message to proceed with your order.
To create an account you MUST use your institutional (.edu) e-mail address. Gmail, Yahoo or any e-mail address that ends with a domain other than .edu will not be recognized by the new system.

~Institutional Store~

We are aware that there are login issues with the Institutional Store.
_If you are an existing customer & had an MSD account, please follow the instructions below to log in:

  • Log in at Returning Customers >enter your institutional email address>then MSD password
    If you cannot remember your MSD password, call us at 706.583.3230

If you are a new customer who has not purchased from MSD before:

  • Click on continue at New Customers, and follow the directions_

~Customers of Institutional and Personal Stores~

Remember: you will use your institutional email address for both stores, but will need a separate password for each store!

During this transition, we appreciate your patience.

In addition, for the first few weeks after the changeover, there may be a slight lag in the time it takes to receive your order from what you are accustomed.
This is a temporary situation ONLY. We will soon be back on our regular order processing and shipping schedule.
