Inclement Weather Procedures
Procedures for University System office - Atlanta, OIIT Athens, Georgia Public Library Service, Georgia Leadership Institute, Economic Development office
The Board of Regents Inclement Weather Notification Service is now active. This service is available 24 hours/day - 7 days/week. If inclement weather requires a change to normal business operations, please dial 404-478-4000 for instructions. Updates will be placed on the service at 6:00 a.m. to advise of office closure, delayed openings or if the Board of Regents office are open for normal business operations.
Continued updates will be available via TV Channel 2 WSB, radio station WSB 750 AM and WSB 98.5 FM.

If the Governor’s office issues a closure for all state offices, the Board of Regents office will be closed as well.
In the event of closure, an email notification will be sent to all BOR employees.
