F315 - CONDITION STATUS CODE

Describes the status and condition of the building.

COMMENTS: Numeric.

VALID CODES:

1 = Satisfactory
2 = Remodeling - A (At less than 26% of the estimated replacement cost)
3 = Remodeling - B (At less than 51% of the estimated replacement cost)
4 = Remodeling - C (At greater than 50% of the estimated replacement cost)
5 = Demolition - (Or abandoned, unsafe or unsound)
6 = Termination (Or planned relinquishment)
7 = Under Construction (Mostly occupied)
8 = Out of Service.
