Architectural and Engineering (A-E) Reports
O.C.G.A. 50-6-25 requires the State Auditor to maintain statistics on all architectural and engineering firms conducting business with the various departments, agencies, and public corporations of the State. The Office of Facilities is required to submit this information for each of its institutions to the Auditor's Office on a monthly basis.

Instructions for Completing A-E Report
The completed report must be sent via email to Eleanor Harleston no later than the 15th of each month. The report will be for the month prior to the due date (i.e. reports submitted April 15 will be for design professional contracts initiated during the month of March).
