      Contains the forms section (Section 7) and exhibits in editable format. Please note, for the forms, the only edits that should be made are for the project specific information such as number, name, amount, etc. No changes to the language (i.e. bond forms, affidavits, certificate of insurance) are allowed. Any revisions to such language must be submitted to the Director of Contracts & Services (sheree.srader@usg.edu) in writing for review and approval.
