Directions
The Office of Real Estate and Facilities is located on the sixth floor of the Trinity-Washington building, which is on the southeast corner of Trinity Avenue and Washington Street.
The mailing address is 270 Washington Street SW, Atlanta, GA 30334.
Please note that there is limited pay parking in the vicinity, and you will need to show identification to enter the building.
From I-20 West Bound
- Exit Capital Avenue.
- Turn right at end of ramp and go to second traffic light (Martin Luther King Jr. Drive).
- Turn left onto MLK Jr. Drive and go to first light (Washington St.).
- Turn left onto Washington Street. Continue to the second intersection, which is Trinity Avenue.
From I-20 East Bound
- Exit Windsor Street.
- Turn left at end of ramp and keep straight to approximately second light (Trinity Ave.).
- Turn right on Trinity Avenue and go to second light (Washington Street).
- Turn right on Washington Street.
From I-75/I-85 North Bound
- Exit Central Avenue and keep straight to approximately third light (Trinity Avenue).
- Turn right on Trinity Avenue and go to first traffic light (Washington Street).
- Turn right on Washington Street
From I-75/I-85 South Bound
- Exit Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and go to third light (Washington Street).
- Turn left onto Washington Street. Continue to the second intersection, which is Trinity Avenue.
- The Trinity-Washington building is on the southeast corner of Trinity Avenue and Washington Street.
- Limited pay parking is available in the vicinity.
- Please note you will need to show identification to enter the building.
From MARTA
- Take the east-west MARTA line to the Georgia State station (E1).
- As you leave the train, proceed down the stairs and follow the station signs to exit toward Piedmont Avenue. Look for the sign that says "Capitol" (you will be heading south.)
- At the intersection of Martin Luther King Drive (MLK) and Piedmont Ave., cross MLK, then cross Piedmont. You will be on the same side of the street as the Capitol building (southwest corner of the intersection).
- Proceed west along MLK one block to Washington Avenue.
- Turn left on Washington Avenue (south) and continue another 2 blocks to Trinity Avenue. The Trinity-Washington building is on the southeast corner of the intersection, directly across the street from the church with red doors.
- The 2nd floor entrance to the building is about a half block east on Trinity. ("Industry and Trade" is engraved in large letters above the doors.) The 1st floor entrance is about a half block south on Washington.
