| Between April and October of 2002, the chancellor and the
University System's economic-development arm, the Intellectual
and Capital Partnership Program (ICAPP), conducted a 12-stop tour of
Georgia's economic-development regions. At each stop, key insights on how
the University System is working to aid their communities were shared with
members of the local business community, which was then invited to provide
feedback on additional ways in which the USG can support economic development.
