Mutual Aid Agreement Templates
The following mutual aid agreement templates are based on existing agreements that have been approved by the Board of Regents. Individual University System of Georgia institutions are welcome to use these templates to prepare agreements with their surrounding cities and/or counties, as appropriate.
Signed agreements must be submitted to Betsy Neely, Associate Vice Chancellor of the Office of Legal Affairs at the System Office, for submission and approval by the Board.
