Teacher Preparation Recruitment Initiative
This project seeks to increase the number and diversity of University System of Georgia prepared teachers who will teach in high need school systems. The Initiative, called "Destination: Teaching -- Customized Pathways to get you there" initially targets people who want to change careers and move into teaching (including paraprofessionals) and is designed to help meet the state's increasing need for teachers.
