Management Reviews

We have a duty to both make college more affordable and accessible for Georgians while ensuring that funds we receive are spent in a manner that is efficient and controls costs. As a system of higher education, we have the ability to leverage best practices, our own internal expertise, and economies of scale to the benefit of the USG and our core stakeholders. Management review provides a systematic, consultant-oriented approach to solving organizational challenges.

Organizational Effectiveness leads the management review effort but we assemble a cross-functional team comprised of institutional and System Office colleagues designed to best address the project at hand. An institutional president may request management reviews to address specific issues at her or his institution. The Chancellor also may direct Organizational Effectiveness to perform system-wide or System Office focused reviews to address strategic priorities.
