Exhibitor Information

The Georgia Summit Conference will be held on September 17-19, 2008 at the Marriott Hotel and Suites in Augusta, Georgia.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The conference welcomes companies who offer hardware and educational software, Internet/Web activities, and other products and services of interest to higher education professionals.

ATTENDEE PROFILE
Georgia Summit conference participants include University System of Georgia (USG) campus decision makers, functional users, and support staff who are responsible for the operational functions of Sungard SCT Banner, Data Warehouse, Georgia ONmyLINE, GeorgiaVIEW Vista, and PeopleSoft HRMS. The conference focuses on these applications and their integration to support the USG missions of instruction, research, and service.

Set-up and teardown are prohibited while the conference is in session

DISPLAY FEE
There is a $1000 fee for each exhibit table. The fee includes one exhibit area, as described above, and one full conference pass. A completed Exhibit Display Registration form and Attendee Registration Form must be submitted by July 29, 2008. Submission of a form does not guarantee display space. Space will be allocated on an "as available basis." Payment for each display area must be received by September 1, 2008. Fees are non-refundable after September 8, 2008.

Please read this important information for exhibiting at the Augusta Marriott:

  • All vendors must load in and out of the conference center through the hotel loading dock.
  • Vendors must provide their own carts to transport their materials in and out of the conference center.
  • Items may not be hung on walls or light fixtures.
  • Vendors must provide all items to display their materials beyond the 6ft tables being provided in the exhibit fee.
  • Items should not be shipped to the hotel more than 5 days prior to the show. Items should be schedule for pick up the following day at the latest.
  • Incoming packages should be address as follows:

  • Hotel shipping form must be completed to handle out going shipments. Items are not to be left without being received by a hotel employee. There is a fee applied to all outbound shipping.
  • Vendors can have individually wrapped candy only. No outside food and beverage can be brought into the conference center.
