Exhibitor Information
Conference Facility:
The conference is held at the Rock Eagle 4-H Center, located between Eatonton and Madison on Highway 441. Facilities include cottages, buildings for meetings and displays, two recreation fields, a nature trail, a trading post, a miniature golf course, and a 110-acre lake with fishing and boating available for public use.
Who Should Attend:
The conference welcomes companies who offer hardware, educational software, internet/web activities, and other products and services of interest to higher education professionals.
Attendee Profile:
This event is specifically intended for faculty and staff of the University System of Georgia colleges and universities. Registrants at last year's conference included IT directors, computer services staff, advanced learning and teaching staff, faculty and library staff. Decision makers will attend.
Exhibit Information:
- 6' Tabletop display and 2 chairs
- Wireless access - 802.11b compliant
- One conference registration, which allows access to all conference activities. Additional registrations may be purchased (see attendee registration form for pricing)
- A link to your company website will be posted on the Conference website
- Your corporate profile will be featured in distributed conference materials
- Complete confidential roster of conference attendees provided upon request
Exhibitor Activites:
Wednesday- Exhibit Hours 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Open to Public
- Exhibit Hours 12 noon - 3:30 pm - Private Appointments Only
3:30 pm - 6:00 pm - Open to Public
Display Fee:
There is a $850 fee for each display area. The fee includes one exhibit area as described above, and one full conference pass. A completed Exhibit Display Registration form must be submitted by August 1, 2008. Veteran Exhibitors must register by July 1, 2008 to retain their space. Vendors may request as many as four (4) display areas. Previous exhibitors (veterans) have priority until the July 1st deadline. OIIT has established the following priority criteria for assigning exhibit space: 1) returning veterans; 2) veterans requesting relocation; 3) veterans requesting additional space if it becomes available; 4) vendors who have never exhibited. Payment for each display area must be received by August 30, 2008, or your space will be reallocated. Fees are non-refundable after August 30, 2008.
How to Register:
- Complete Attendee Registration Form for each person participating
- Print the Attendee Confirmation/Invoice and process your payment
- You will receive an invoice from OIIT for your exhibit space and sponsorships. Please submit payment no later than September 20th.
