General Conference Sponsor - $10,000
A banner announcing your sponsorship will be displayed behind the keynote speaker, a full-page advertisement in the conference program, two complimentary exhibit tables, and 10 hospitality tokens for your VIP clients for Wednesday's dance. Highest level of exposure!
Official Conference Bag - $6,000
Have your company logo stand out! Your logo, along with the official conference logo, will appear on a cloth canvas bag that every attendee, speaker, vendor, and staff will receive. Keep your logo visible! You also receive one complimentary exhibit table and 10 hospitality tokens for your VIP clients for Wednesday's Dance. (You can split the fee with another exhibitor - both logos will appear on the bag but the exhibit tables are not complimentary.)
The Rock Eagle Dance!! - $6,000
Become the "official sponsor" of the themed dance Wednesday night and be recognized with signs posted across the back wall of the event and at the entrance, a 1/2 page acknowledgment in the conference program, and sit on a voting panel for best costume. You also receive a complimentary exhibit table (includes one complimentary registration). You can split the fee with another sponsor - both logos will appear on the header but the exhibit tables will not be complimentary.
Rock Eagle Dessert Reception- $3,500
Become the sweetest sponsor of all by sponsoring the Dessert Reception for attendees on Thursday evening. A sign at the reception will indicate your sponsorship, and you also receive an additional complimentary conference registration.
The Rock Eagle Flash Light - $3,500
Let your logo guide the attendees through the night! A slim, 5 ½", cobalt blue flashlight with the on/off button on the end. Sponsoring this item! Flashlights are always a hit - and useful too. You will also receive an additional complimentary conference registration.
Conference Program Guide - $3,200
Your corporate logo on the front of the conference guide! This is the best kind of 'in your face' advertising; attendees can't miss this type of support! Includes one complimentary conference registration.
Metal Koozie - $3,000
Keep those refreshments cool! The attendees will thank you for this silver, padded metal koozie. And of course, your logo printed on the side - this one is a keeper!
Coffee Mug - $3,000
Bring back the coffee mug! Put your company logo on a fun update of an old favorite that attendees will want to use everyday. Includes one complimentary conference registration.

This year there will be two options for entertainment and sponsorship on Thursday evening following the fireworks!
Camp Fire Fun - $2,500
Following the fire works attendees can join around the main camp fire and you are the visible sponsor! Attendees will see signs announcing your sponsorship. Call to discuss details of this sponsorship.
The 'BIG' Carabinger - $2,500
This new promotional item will be a hit to everyone - once they figure out what it's for! It's a 6 ½" carabinger - strong enough to carry many plastic grocery bags at one time - or anything with handles! Quite the handy item to have... and your logo will be visible for years!
Cappuccino Coffee Break - $2,500 (2 available)
Back by popular demand! This is one of the "hits" of the conference. Practically all of the evaluations from last year listed this as a "must" for 2007! Help us bring it back and the attendees will thank you! A sign at the break will indicate your sponsorship.
