WHY: Chancellor Davis assumed his duties leading Georgia’s public colleges and universities on Mon., Feb. 6, 2006. The chancellor’s plan is to visit all 35 USG campuses in the coming months.

The visit to Georgia Gwinnett College, the newest institution in the University System, marks the first of these official campus visits. President Daniel Kaufman will join Chancellor Davis in the media briefing.
