Media Advisory: Board of Regents Meeting Schedule Change

The Board of Regents WILL NOT hold a meeting on Tues., Feb. 7, 2006, out of respect for the late Mrs. Coretta Scott King and to honor the schedule for Mrs. King's funeral on Tues., Feb. 7. A one-day meeting of the Board of Regents will convene at 10:00 a.m. on Wed., Feb. 8. The board will break for lunch at noon, reconvene at 12:30 p.m., and continue through the close of business. NOTE: Chancellor Erroll Davis' first remarks to the board now will take place at approximately 1:30 p.m., Wed., Feb. 8. |
