Information Security Program Reporting
USG Information Security Reports
USG Institutions were responsible for reporting on their information security programs by March of each year. The reporting requirement is part of Governor Perdue's Executive Order on Information Security. USG Office of Information Security is compiling USG Institutions reports into a USG Information Security Program Report to be published by October 31 of each year.
The USG Office of Informaiton Security has created an Information Security Program Reporting Policy and Standard at www.usg.edu/infosec/policy_management/policies/ for your review and compliance.
A secure website was set up to make it easy for institutions to submit their Information Security Program Report. USG Institution users/institution security staff/ISOs/CISOs or someone designated by the Executive Management to review and approve the final report - were required to register on the website in order to submit the report online.
