Information Technology Service (ITS) is the University System of Georgia’s (USG) central organization for technology-based services. The primary objective of ITS is to ensure that technology empowers the USG to deliver innovative solutions. Working with our customers, ITS strives to be an organization that is agile, innovative, flexible, service minded and creative in problem solving. ITS connects people to people, their work and studies, and information, training and technical resources.
Our constituents include the public colleges and universities that comprise the University System of Georgia, the Georgia Public Library Service, numerous state and federal agencies, businesses, educational partners and Georgians. ITS supports the USG in its strategic imperatives of Academic Excellence and Degree Completion, Economic Development and World Class Research, and Accountability, Efficiency and Innovation.
